Our flocculant preparation systems are designed to offer high performance and reliability for industrial processes that require precise polymer dosing. These systems are fully automated, ensuring consistent operation and optimal preparation of flocculants from either powdered polymer or emulsion-based products.

With a capacity range from under 5 kg/day up to 3,800 kg/day, these systems adapt to a wide variety of operational requirements. Depending on your needs, they can be configured with either a wet eductor or a dry polymer feeder with pneumatic transport. Preparation modes are available in both batch systems (featuring two tanks) and continuous laminar flow systems for uninterrupted operation.

The construction materials can be tailored for use in corrosive environments, such as those using seawater. Options include SAF2205 Duplex stainless steel, HDPE, AISI 316L, and ASTM A36, among others, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to harsh chemical conditions.

Each system typically includes the following components to ensure efficient and seamless operation:

  • Flocculant receiving and loading station
  • Storage hopper for polymer
  • Volumetric screw dosing system
  • Blower for pneumatic polymer transport
  • Preparation tank with integrated agitator
  • Optional storage tank with agitator
  • Transfer and dosing pumps to the process line
  • Inline static mixers for post-dilution
  • Complete power and control system with associated instrumentation, including a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a tailored control philosophy
