The MEC vertical pump series by Pemo Pumps is specifically designed for handling highly abrasive slurries and/or corrosive fluids. With a direct drive via elastic coupling and a surrounding metal structure that protects the motor, it ensures reliable and safe operation under tough industrial conditions.
Featuring a vertical configuration with standard lengths up to 2 meters below the base, it is well-suited for installations with limited space. Its sleeve and bushing sealing system prevents leakage but is not suitable for dry operation below a certain level.
With flow rates ranging from 5 to 2000 m³/h and a maximum pressure of 6 to 7 bar, the MEC series is a compact and efficient solution for industries such as mining, chemical processing, and water treatment.
